Riverside Welding & Design
Riverside Welding & Design was established in 1974 as a small functional heavy welding shop, it has since grown into a sizeable attachment manufacturing, custom fabrication and welding establishment. Now located at 751 North Link Road Ile des Chênes, Manitoba, Canada our attachments are built in-house with all our components being processed locally.
In response to the demand for quality attachments from the heavy equipment industries we have expanded our product line to offer our customers the highest quality and most durable attachments possible. Although attachment manufacturing is what we specialize in, we also provide a wide range of services from onsite welding, lugging changes, custom fabrication, line boring and repairs.
Tilt Bucket
Riverside Welding & Design specializes in manufacturing a heavy-duty tilt bucket that will increase your machines versatility giving you an overall tilt range of 90 degrees. Our buckets offer a dual radius profile forcing the contents to roll, allowing for a quick release. Equipped with a reversible cutting edge, that provides longevity and maintainability.
Optional Countersunk Edge
Our newly designed counter sunk edge allows the bolts to sit flush with the cutting edge. Not only does this protect the bolts, expanding the life span, this also allows materials such as concrete and soil to easily pass through the bucket without getting caught.
Dig Bucket
Riverside Welding & Design digging buckets are built to meet and exceed your expectations. Equipped with a Strenx™ 700 cutting edge and side cutter plates to increase performance in subzero conditions. Hardox® 450 is applied to all high wear areas such as the base wear plate, wear bars, and side wear plates giving you durability against highly abrasive materials
BDS Buckets
Our Riverside Welding & Design BDS Buckets are upgraded with extra wear parts and an optional Hardox® 450 inlay. These options are customizable to fit your heavy digging conditions whether it be road work or mining.
Rippers
Allow for easier excavation with a Riverside Welding & Design frost ripper. Engineered with Strenx™ 700 for maximum penetration strength to break through compact hard surfaces and frozen ground.
This attachment will provide extended working hours in the field to get the job done.
Thumb
Adding a stick pivot thumb to your excavator extends your buckets capability and allows for a wide range of material handling. Our stick pivot thumb rotates on the original bucket pin; with up to a 75-degree rotation.
This allows for precise handling and reduces the risk of slipping, giving the operator full control. When not in use the thumb pins to the stick for easy and quick storage.
Integrated Thumb
We are proud to introduce our newest attachment, the integrated thumb bucket. Built with dual cylinders that have a 5,000-pound clamping force. The integrated thumb follows the full curl of the bucket. Tines are engineered with Strenx™ 700 for maximum durability; available in two, three or four tine options.
This has all the features of our Riverside Welding & Design dig bucket and can be upgraded to our BDS bucket to meet all you heavy equipment operational needs.
