As the growing concern regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) evolves, we want to assure you that we are continuing to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
As a small local business, we do our best to support other local businesses, this is an essential part of our model. We are consistently sourcing our materials from fellow Canadian businesses, and we attempt at every opportunity to have our outsourced machining done within Manitoba.
In an effort to follow the recommendation of the health agencies and limit the spread of COVID-19, we are taking the following measures until further notice.
1. We will be limiting all foot traffic in our building. If you need something welded urgently, please call the office at 204-878-3164 and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
2. All pickups and drop offs will be done with a minimum of physical interaction to abide by social distancing. We are requesting that you call ahead and make an appointment for your pickup or drop of. We will then be able to load or unload your vehicle outside, and keep you informed as to what is happening.
3. All supplier deliveries will be made in a touch free zone or unloaded by our staff within our yard to limit contact and maintain safe distances.
4. We are currently working on some upgrades to our in-house operations, so we can do more of our work within our building, again focusing on social distancing and maintaining the health of everyone.
At the current time our bucket and attachment inventory are very strong, and we have most standard models ready to ship within 24 hours’ notice. We are not suspending any of our services, but we are attempting to take precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Feel free to give us a call is you have any questions, concerns or comments at 204-878-3164.
At this uncertain time, we hope you and your family are safe and healthy. We will continue to do our best to navigate these times, and evolve to meet the needs of our customers, employees and partners. We want to thank our government officials and healthcare providers that are doing all they can to keep us all safe at this uncertain time. We are all in this together and must work together to get through it. Let’s continue to move forward together.
